Cepod Billets
These top-of-the-line billets are available up to 40 feet by 4 feet by 30 feet and offer the most durable service of all the floatation choices. They are a foam block covered with heavy 60mm polyurethane sheet and welded airtight with plastic extrusion guns. A brutally tough product that will last a lifetime.

These are standard sizes but custom billets are available.

Dow Chemical Foam Billets
These rugged floatation billets are slightly more rugged than the EPS foam billets but offer greater resistance to petroleum products and waterborne debris. They are only available in one size and shape as shown in the photo example, 8 feet by 20 inches wide and 10 inches deep. This limits their use to wooden frame docks as they do not have this size and floatation capability to float concrete or industrial docks. However they are an excellent choice for residential and marina applications.

EPS (expanded polystyrene) Foam Billets

These popular billets are least expensive vocation option. These billets can be produced in almost any size and shape as the photo demonstrates. The photo example shows a "cut away" window to demonstrate the sprayed polyurethane coating that protects the EPS billets from fuel spills and other petroleum contaminants. Sprayed DPS billets are common choice for fresh and salt water floatation systems.
